CAPACITY-BUILDING: Training for court officers begins at FJA

In this first-ever capacity building course, good practices will be put in use to train the participants

A capacity building training course for officers of the apex court and high courts kicked off at the Federal Judicial Academy (FJA) here on Monday.


FJA Director General Fakhar Hayat while inaugurating a one-week training course on “Capacity Building of Supportive Court Officers” talked about the subjects that will be part of the training aimed at improving the capacity of judicial officers of the Supreme Court and high courts of all federating units for quick dispensation of justice and strength the justice system.


 “In this first-ever capacity building course, good practices will be put in use to train the participants to acquire skills and knowledge needed to support the administration of the justice system.


“I personally believe that this type of capacity building initiatives, not only motivate participants to effectively discharge their duties in their own institutions but also they get a wonderful opportunity to interact and learn from each other and also develop a professional bond that plays crucial role to promote professionalism,” Hayat said. Participants have appreciated the training course.
