‘Quality services for consumers top priority’
The board also approved an additional budget of Rs174 million for the fiscal year 2015

There will be no compromise on ensuring quality services to consumers, Khurram Mukhtar, chairman of the Faisalabad Electric Supply Company board of directors (BOD), said at the 143/31st board meeting at FESCO headquarters on Sunday. “We will also ensure maximum facilities to our employees.”
The BOD approved an agreement between the FESCO and the PITC to provide Dash Board, Online MIS, Website Management and Mobile Meter services. The board also approved an additional budget of Rs174 million for the fiscal year 2015. The BOD granted permission to issuance of connections for the applicants willing to purchase 25KVA distribution transformers themselves. The BOD also approved repair of 200KVA irreparable transformers at an estimated cost of Rs5.745 million. The BOD also approved of supply of fuel though for vehicles of FESCO headquarters. The board also sanctioned posts of support staff in the Project Management Unit.
