LAHORE: The judge of an additional district and sessions court on Wednesday sought comments from the Shahdara SHO in connection with a petition filed by a woman seeking the registration of case against her husband’s erstwhile wife. Petitioner Razia Bano said she had married Muhammad Younas, a policeman in 2000 after he had gotten divorced from Nasreen Bibi. She said he had died recently. Bano said Bibi had obtained forged documents to obtain his pension.  She said she had become cognisant of this after visiting the relevant department.  Bano said she had approached the SHO in vain. She asked the court to register an FIR against Bibi.
