Colombian referee Jose Buitrago turned down Brazilian star striker Neymar's shirt at the end of a 2018 World Cup qualifier match between Brazil and Peru as a sign of impartiality.

Neymar and his team won the match 3-0 and at the end of it the Barcelona player, unexpectedly, offered the referee his shirt.

The referee reacted with a smile and a negative shake of head in an attempt to make himself look impartial.

Perhaps Neymar begand to feel like Buitrago had it in for him. In the first half, the referee booked Neymar for a heavy, clumsy tackle. And later, he ignored his offer.
