Shoot-Out: Suspected robber killed by police

KARACHI: A suspected robber was killed on Saturday in a shoot-out with the police in Old City area. According to the police, they received a tip-off about the presence of two robbers roaming the area. When the police reached the site, the suspects, who were riding a motorcycle, opened fire. The police retaliated and, as a result, one of the robbers was killed. The robber, who appeared to be in his 20s, was shot in the head. Meanwhile, the other managed to flee, leaving his weapon behind. The police recovered the stolen motorcycle and mobile phones.
