Accusations: ‘An anti-PPP alliance has been formed under Mirza, others’

Some parties and groups have formed an anti-Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) alliance under the leadership of former home minister Dr Zulfiqar Mirza, Arbab Ghulam Rahim and the Shirazi brothers, claimed PPP leaders Senator Saeed Ghani, MNA Nafeesa Shah and Senator Kareem Khawaja. They were addressing a press conference at the PPP media cell on Saturday. They claimed that some elements wanted to create a law and order situation in the second phase of the local government election and the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) should take action.
