Three suspects held in separate raids
Rangers spokesperson said suspect is a worker of a political party allegedly involved in 8 cases of target killing

Paramilitary force arrested three suspects during separate raids in parts of the city. One of the suspects, said to be affiliated with a political party and Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan, was arrested from Fareed Colony. The alleged target killer, identified as Syed Noor Hussain, was wanted in cases of targeted killings of policemen. Separately, the Rangers arrested a suspect, Muhammad Asim, during a raid in Liaquatabad. The Rangers spokesperson said that the suspect is a worker of a political party and was allegedly involved in eight cases of target killing. Meanwhile, Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) apprehended a suspect, Asif Hameed, during a raid conducted near Capri Cinema. CTD officials said the police seized a fake media ID card and a pistol from his possession.
