Bait Meer Hazar police arrested the suspects after the confessed to the killing
MUZAFFARGARH:
Police on Friday arrested a man and his cousin for killing his father over his pension. Police said Muhammad Nawaz had been found murdered during Muharram and no clue could be found during initial investigations. They said later the scope of the investigation had been broadened and his son Shahid was included and detained for questioning. They said Shahid had confessed to killing his father for his pension. He said Shahid’s cousin Afzal had helped him because he wanted to marry his daughter. Bait Meer Hazar police arrested the suspects after the confessed to the killing.
