Reissued summoning of a witness, Ahmed Jawad Mirza, after he failed to appear before the court
RAWALPINDI:
An accountability court on Monday postponed hearing into the asset reference case against former president Asif Ali Zardari till November 6 due to absence of defence counsel Farooq H Naek. National Accountability Court Judge Khalid Mehmood Ranjha reissued summoning of a witness, Ahmed Jawad Mirza, after he failed to appear before the court.
