An Indian state minister was caught on camera as she kicked a young boy begging her for alms.
Kusum Mehdele, the animal husbandry minister of Madhya Pradesh state, was in Panna to attend an event when she kicked the boy as he came between her and the car she was to climb on.
She was sweeping the road as part of a cleanliness drive when a 14-year-old boy approached her only to be rewarded with a kick in return.

Mehdele, the BJP legislator, is yet to respond to the questions raised against her reaction.
This is not the first time that the said minister received outrage and criticism. In March she raised many a questions when she sought a law to let people domesticate or keep at homes big cats such as lions and tigers for their conservation.
