Tennis players trade polos for stilettos, designer dresses and make up
These tennis stars bowled us over with their ace fashion sense
Female tennis players shone their brightest at a tennis tournament a few days ago. They proved that only do they bring their A-game on the court, but also ace in the fashion world.
At the Women's Tennis Association (WTA) Finals Official Draw Ceremony in Singapore, the world's top female tennis players traded their pleated skirts and polo shirts for high heels and designer dresses. They graced the red carpet like any other celebrities.

Here are a few of our favourite looks from the event:
Most opted for black and white ensembles, but it was Sania Mirza who caught our eye amidst all the monochromatic dresses. In a form-fitting maroon dress, Sania chose bold red lips and a gold statement necklace paired with strappy heels to complement her dress:

Sania has been upping her fashion game of late -- her Instagram is proof. She looks vivacious in a Masaba Gupta ensemble and her hair and make-up are on point:

But it's not just her choice of western wear which has bowled us over, ever her choice of eastern wear is impressive:
At her sister's engagement, she looked regal in a Manish Malhotra creation:

Her minimal choice of accessories pair perfectly with her pishwas:
