CANBERRA: Australian model Madison Stubbington appeared to confirm rumours of backstage bullying of reality star-turned-model Kendall Jenner when she opened up about her experience of meeting the star.

Speaking on Australian chat show Mornings, Madison said she has “never really spoken” to Jenner in person, but she recalled an “incident” where “one of the girls behind me had said something, quite, I guess you could say, rude,” reports mirror.co.uk.

“Kendall turned around to see who said it; she made eye contact with me, thinking I am the one who said this horrible thing to her.” So I’m guessing that’s why me and Kendall aren’t friends right now,” Stubbington added.

However, the model went on to praise Kendall for her “refreshing” attitude towards work.” She does the same as us. She’s there at the same call time and she does night fittings with us. I find that refreshing considering she could take advantage of who she is,” she said.

Rumours began to circulate that Kendall met with resentment from fellow models last year. Reports even suggested that one model had put a cigarette out in the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star’s drink.

However, her mother Kris Jenner dismissed rumours of bullying last year, telling Fashion Week Daily: “I would like to set the record straight and say it’s 150% not true.
