According to eyewitnesses, a speeding car hit Bilal and driver of the car sped off

A case has been registered against a police officer’s minor son for his alleged involvement in a road accident that left a TV employee dead on Monday night.
On his way home from work, 24-four-year-old Rana Bilal, a non-linear editor for a TV channel, stopped his motorcycle at a traffic signal at Shadiwal Chowk in Lahore.

According to eyewitnesses, a speeding car hit Bilal from the rear side, but instead of stopping, the driver of the car sped off. They said the victim and his vehicle were dragged along the greenbelt for around 100 metres. Satto Katla police have registered an FIR against 15-year-old Talha Naveed, son of Lower Mall DSP Naveed Irshad, over the incident.
