A mild earthquake measuring 3.5 on Richter scale hit Sindh's coastal belt on Tuesday morning.
The epicentre of the earthquake was near Badin and its depth was recorded as 10 kilometres, Pakistan Meteorological Department said.
Tremors were felt in Badin, Thatta and Karachi's Malir and Landhi areas. "The earthquake hit Sindh's coastal belt at 9:35am," a Met Department official said.

However, there were no reports of loss of life or damage to property.
Karachi is located close to triple fault-line junction.
