Sector C-16: CDA retrieves around 1,000 kanals
The CDA official warned occupants to vacate the land themselves

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) with the help of the city administration and police vacated 1,000 kanals of land in Sector C-16 from adverse possession. The land was acquired by the CDA and compensation has already been paid, however, the land was illegally being used by locals for agriculture purpose, said a senior CDA official. The CDA official warned occupants to vacate the land themselves.
