Express Group event: Star Marketing, Manhill Advertising employees honoured

26 awards distributed among dedicated workers

KARACHI: Some 26 awards were distributed among the employees of Star Marketing and Manhill Advertising in commemoration of their hard work and dedication.

The event, 10th Annual Sales Conference, was hosted by the Express Media Group with the collaboration of Manhill Advertising Pvt Ltd and Star Marketing Pvt Ltd Sunday night.

One of the employees of the Express Group, Ovais Mangalwala, while hosting the conference appreciated how the Roznama Express was launched in 1998 and then eventually gained a strong foothold in the media industry with one news and one entertainment channel, including a daily English-language newspaper The Express Tribune.

Managing Director Star Marketing Akhlaq Ahmed on relations between the Express Group and Star Marketing said that they are together since 1998.

“Star Marketing is a big happy family and the role of the Express Group in our success is the same as that of our team, he said, adding: “You are part of our team.”

Star Marketing chairman Wasiq Naeem said that he is highly thankful the way the Express Group has acknowledged its staff. “These gestures will be definitely fruitful for both organisations.”
