A fire broke out in a plastic scrap warehouse at the Karbala Ground in Baldia Town on Sunday afternoon. Fire tenders from the fire brigade department rushed to the site to extinguish the fire. The fire brigade spokesperson said that a total of four fire tenders were dispatched and that the fire was extinguished within two and a half hours. No loss of life was reported in the fire. The cause of the fire has yet to be ascertained.
