Deadly virus: Dengue cases spike to 339 in Batkhela

BATKHELA: Another case of dengue fever has been reported in Batkhela, Malakand division on Thursday, bringing the total number of cases from the region to 339. According to an official of Batkhela Headquarters Hospital, seven patients have been recently admitted to the facility. “Over 300 cases have already been treated and discharged,” he said. PML-N K-P Senior Vice President Waqif Khan condemned the local administration, and the health department for not taking steps to bring the virus under control.
