Highlighting the achievements, a ministry official on Sunday said Pakistan Agricultural Research Council under the Indigenous Hybrid Seed Production Technology has formulated the technology to develop local hybrids of crops and produced 60 tons of hybrid seeds for distribution to farmers on subsidised rates.
