Public Health: CM approves 12 mobile health units
He said mobile health units had provided treatment to more than 1.6 million people

Adviser to Chief Minister on Health Khwaja Salman Rafique said on Thursday the mobile health units project had been a success in six districts. In a statement, he said the chief minister had approved the purchase of 12 more mobile units; Rs1 billion had been provided for the purpose. He said mobile health units had provided treatment to more than 1.6 million people. Laboratory tests of 507,482 patients were also carried out through these units, he said. The adviser said the project had been successfully run in Bahwalnagar, Bahawalpur, Dera Ghazi Khan, Mianwali, Muzaffargarh and Rajanpur.
