LAHORE:
Lahore High Court on Wednesday dismissed a plea moved by Punjab University Law College lecturer Khujista Rehan against Vice Chancellor Mujahid Kamran.
Rehan had said Kamran be removed from the post because a former ombudsman had made several observations against him while deciding her complaint on sexual harassment. The court said her petition was not maintainable.
