Premeditated attack: Man shot, injured by second wife
Ibrahim was rushed to the hospital and is in stable condition. Further investigation is under way.
MARDAN:
A woman allegedly shot and injured her husband within the jurisdiction of Parhoti police station in Mardan on Monday night. Muhammad Ibrahim told the police Rasheeda, his second wife, opened fire on him when he went over to her house. The complainant said he had two wives and would divide his time between both their houses. However, when he went to meet Rasheeda she, along with her daughter, Nadia Gul, and a man named Chaudhry, attacked him. The assailants managed to escape the scene after committing the crime. Ibrahim was rushed to the hospital and is in stable condition. Further investigation is under way.
