Elections: New directors for KSE
Five new member-directors elected at the Karachi Stock Exchange in elections held on Wednesday.

Five new member-directors were elected at the Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) in elections held on Wednesday. The new term for the directors will commence from January 1, 2011.
The newly elected directors include Abid Ali Habib, Mohammad Sohail, Zafar Siddiq Moti, Ashraf Bava and Muhammad Qasim Lakhani.
The term of nominee directors of the exchange is also set to expire at the end of this year. According to the Articles of Association of the exchange, the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan will then elect four new nominee directors for the board, while the KSE managing director is the 10th member of the board of directors.
