Anti-dengue drive: Dengue larvae found in pastry shop
Anti-dengue squads were visiting locations and updating progress

A case was registered on Tuesday against the owner of a pastry shop in Adiala road, after dengue mosquito larvae were found within the shop. District Food Controller Shaukat Ali Sian said that during an inspection in the Adiala road area, a food department team found dengue larvae in the premises of Shikarpuri Sweets. A case has been registered against the shop’s owner Atifur Rehman. Sian said as many as 17 cases were registered against the owners of various tyre shops, warehouses, scrap yards and under-construction sites for not adopting dengue control measures during the campaign. He added that anti-dengue squads were visiting locations and updating progress.
