Facebook not working for some users

Facebook.com was down for some users on Thursday, although the mobile app and Messenger services appeared to be working.

"Sorry, something went wrong. We're working on it and we'll get it fixed as soon as we can," a message on facebook.com said.

Downdetector.com's Facebook map showed outages in North America, Europe, Australia and India.

Facebook and its photo-sharing site Instagram were last blocked around the world for up to an hour on January 27.

Facebook blamed an internal fault. The company was not immediately available for comment on the latest outage.
