Lucrative trade: MuQ calls for action against proscribed organisations
The MuQ chairman said such forces were the primary patrons of anti-state elements
LAHORE:
Strict action must be taken against proscribed outfits employing social media to collect hides on Eid, Minhajul Quran (MuQ) chairman Hassan Mohiyuddin Qadri said on Wednesday.
The MuQ chairman said such forces were the primary patrons of anti-state elements. He said it was imperative to take action against them under the National Action Plan against terrorism. Qadri said stopping budgetary allocations for the National Counterterrorism Authority (NACTA) was the only action that the government had taken in this regard. He said it had also failed to bring all intelligence agencies on the same page.
