A gun shop owner in Florida has offered a special discount on weapons with a 'Muslim' promotional coupon code to commemorate 9/11.
Andy Hallinan, who had recently declared his gun shop a ‘Muslim-free zone’, announced on Twitter that his shop was offering $25 off on guns to customers who entered the coupon code, ‘Muslim’, online.

“At the end of the day, I am compelled to stand up for what I believe in. And I believe Islam is evil at its core,” Halliman said, while speaking to MSNBC.
However, he clarified he does not believe every Muslim is evil at their core. “But I do believe that the extreme political correctness in the US leads to loss of life. And that’s why I have promotions like these designed to combat that kind of political correctness.”
Further, Hallinan did not specify how many people used his 9/11 promotional coupon.
When asked who he would vote for in the 2016 presidential election, Hallinan said he would cast his vote in favour of Trump. "I believe that the nation is in such a crisis right now, we need a saviour not a politician. Donald Trump is my hero because he will not back down, and neither will I."
In July, Hallinan refused to sell guns to Muslims after a shooting rampage in Tennessee left at least four Marines and a Navy sailor dead.
“I will not arm and train those who wish to do harm to my fellow patriots,” Andy Hallinan had said, in a video posted on his gun shop’s Facebook page on Saturday.

Hallinan went on to add, “I have a moral and legal responsibility to ensure the safety of all patriots in my community, and so effective immediately, I’m declaring Florida Gun Supply as a Muslim-free zone.”
Following this, Florida chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-FL) had filed a lawsuit against Hallinan. The lawsuit had demanded the court to prohibit the gun shop owner from discriminating against Muslims by making such policies, capable of segregating a people on the basis of religion, on his own.
The complainants had further argued that to generalise a whole community because of a one single person and his actions is uncalled for and unwarranted.
