Teacher training : Faculty development programme ends
Faculty from public and HEC-funded private higher education institutes nationwide participated in the programme
ISLAMABAD:
A training session for around 34 faculty members concluded on Sunday at the Higher Education Commission’s (HEC) Learning Innovation Division (LID). Faculty from public and HEC-funded private higher education institutes nationwide participated in the 25th Master Trainers-Faculty Professional Development Programme. The programme was an eight-week in-service professional teaching certificate programme aimed at developing the teaching, research and professional capabilities of higher education faculty. Modules included microteaching, communication skills, academic planning and management.
