Preparations: IG issues orders for Eid security plan
He said that the proposals regarding the plans must be sent to him
KARACHI:
Sindh IG Ghulam Hyder Jamali has asked all the relevant stakeholders to be taken into confidence to ensure unbiased and meaningful compliance of the code of ethics for hides collection and preparation of a comprehensive security plan on the occasion of Eidul Azha. He said that the proposals regarding the plans must be sent to him. He directed to incorporate the scrutiny process of permission and other documents for hides collection issued to the registered NGOs or Madaris, in the contingency plan. The IG also ordered to prepare the list of mosques, Imambargahs and Namaz-e-Eid venues, to categorise them in the contingency plan and deploy police personnel accordingly.
