KRL win to move up to second

The final round will show the relegated clubs in the football league.

KARACHI:
Khan Research Laboratories (KRL) moved to second place in the Pakistan Premier League  after beating  Karachi Electricity Supply Corporation (KESC) 1-0.

Kalimullah scored the match-winning goal in the 21st minute, a score-line that remained till the final whistle.


KESC will now play their last match against Wapda to fight for fourth. KRL will take on PIA in a match that will determine who finishes second.

Meanwhile, PMC Athletico and Young Blood FC will play their last matches of the league against Afghan FC and Baloch FC, respectively. The final matches will have a bearing on which teams will be relegated to the Pakistan Football Federation League for the next season.
