Police said on Friday that a death-row convict would be hanged on September 9 at the Central Jail. According to a circular issued by the jail SP, the district and sessions judge had issued the black warrants of Muhammad Aslam who was involved in a killing in Samma Satta. The convict will be hanged at dawn.
