Christ Church of Kashmir (CCK) Chairman Salik Gill on Wednesday reiterated his community’s resolve that it will not lag behind in serving for speedy progress, prosperity and defence of the country.



They will stand side by side their fellow countrymen belonging to the majority Muslim fraternity. He was addressing a congregation of local Christian community at Mangla near Mirpur.


He called for immediate establishment of a Christian colony for homeless Christians besides reservation of site for establishment of grand church in Mirpur.


He also called for simplification of process for registration of Christian voters hailing from the state to enable them to exercise their right of vote in next AJK Assembly elections.
