Raids: Police arrest 50 suspects in two days
Police have arrested 25 absconders and 20 suspects on charges of gambling
NAWABSHAH:
Police claim to have arrested 50 suspects and seized arms and liquor in separate raids during the past two days. The crackdown was launched on the directives of SSP Pervez Khan Umrani. The suspects, Sono Khan Wagan, Qadir Zardari, Nazeer Brohi, Muhammad Waris and Sabir Hussain Zardari, were arrested on charges of selling illicit local wine. Police have arrested 25 absconders and 20 suspects on charges of gambling. The cases have been registered and further investigation is underway.
