The anti-corruption establishment committee ordered that cases be lodged against Nawaz Bhutto, the revenue DDO for Kamber-Shahdadkot's Warrah district and his accomplices, Nawaz Junejo and Raza Muhammad Mugheri. It charged them with selling a government bungalow and five acres of land.
Among others against whom FIRs were ordered included: Katchi Abadis regional director Imdad Ali Lashari for issuing lease orders for plots violating the rules, and mines and mineral department's assistant director.

The meeting also ordered the arrest of a former sub-registrar of Karachi Development Authority, executive engineer Amir Bhatti, who sold a plot worth Rs1.2 million illegally.
