Two labourers working on a small hydel power project were injured after they were struck by lightening in Kel area of Neelum Valley in Azad Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday. The labourers, identified as Hakim and Kamam, were shifted to Muzaffarabad for treatment. Doctors said the two had received serious injuries.
