National Games: Army lead in women’s events
With the help of 13 gold medals, Army climbs to the top of the table in women’s swimming event.
With the help of 13 gold medals, Army climbed to the top of the table in the women’s swimming event of the National Games which started on December 23.
Kiran Khan, of Army, picked up 10 golds by the end of the second evening session.
With nine silver medals, Army has amassed a total of 317 points. Sindh, in second place, managed just 156 points with four silver medals and 11 bronze medals, while third-placed Wapda had to settle for only 61 points with just two bronze medals. Meanwhile, Islamabad and Punjab lie in the third and fourth place respectively.
