Two American diplomats took time out of their busy schedules and were coached in the game by the nation’s ever-reliable wicketkeeper-batsman, Sarfraz and former pacer and current cricket analyst, Sikander.
The video posted by the US Consulate general on their Facebook page, shows the Americans and the players dressed in casual attire as they make their way to the pitch.

Sarfraz coaches the foreigners on the correct method of holding the bat, and then the wicketkeeper tries his hand at bowling and bowls out the amateur diplomat on the very first attempt.
Side-by-side, Sikander is seen pointing out the different stumps on the wicket and advising the players to stand in front of the leg stump while batting.

Interestingly, Sarfraz is also seen teaching the players how to bowl. Although the American’s seemed to get the hang of fast-bowling, they seemed to be out of their depth when it came to spin bowling.
“It’s too complicated,” remarked Sarfraz’s American pupil when being taught off-spin.
All in all though, it seemed as if the diplomats got the hang of the game as they demonstrated their skill by hitting a six. Their bowling action, however, looked like it could do with some extra work.
