CDGK to build monument

The City District Government of Karachi has issued a no-objection certificate for the construction of a monument for the victims of the October 18 blasts at the Karsaz flyover, according to a press release issued from Peoples’ Secretariat, Sindh.
Hundreds of people were killed and scores others were injured when Benazir Bhutto’s homecoming rally was targeted.
