Hazardous work: Lineman dies from electric shock

He was taken to a hospital where he died

BAHAWALPUR: A lineman died after he was caught between electric cables in Bahawalpur on Thursday.  A Rescue 1122 spokesman said WAPDA’s Satellite Town subdivision lineman Muhammad Akram was setting up an electricity connection for the Punjab Bank when he received a shock. He said his colleagues had not switched off power supply before he touched the cable.  He was taken to a hospital where he died.
