The July 12 speech of Altaf Hussain continues to haunt the MQM chief. An anti-terrorism court on Tuesday issued non-bailable arrest warrants for the self-exiled politician in four separate FIRs.
Sections 122 and 123 relate to collecting weapons with the intention to wage war against Pakistan and concealing such a plan.

The cases were lodged in PS Fort, Hyderabad by Abdul Waheed Abro, PS Matiari by Mohammad Usman Jokhio, PS T M Khan by Pir Ghulam Ahmed Jan Sarhindi and PS A-Section, Tando Allahyar by Ubaid Qaimkhani.
Altaf has been booked under sections 109, 121, 122, 123 and 124 of the CrPC and section 6/7 of the Anti Terrorism Act. Section 121 pertains to waging or attempting to wage war against Pakistan and is punishable with the death penalty or life imprisonment.
Sections 122 and 123 relate to collecting weapons with the intention to wage war against Pakistan and concealing such a plan.
