The Qatari chief of armed forces said he highly values relations with Pakistan

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif during a meeting with Chief of Staff of Qatar Armed Forces Major General Ghanim Bin Shaheen Al Ghanim on Tuesday said that bilateral relations with Qatar are to be further strengthened. He said Qatar is important for Pakistan and the importance of Qatar in the region cannot be ignored. There is vast opportunity for bolstering cooperation in industry and defence sectors between the two countries, he added.  The Qatari chief of armed forces said he highly values relations with Pakistan. He lauded Zarb-e-Azb campaign and Pakistan’s role in war against terrorism.
