Attock carnage: Rasheed submits resolution in PA

In the draft resolution, Rasheed said such attacks would not deter the nation’s resolve of fighting terrorism

LAHORE:
Leader of Opposition Mian Mehmoodur Rasheed submitted a resolution in the Punjab Assembly on Monday condemning Sunday’s suicide attack in Attock in which Home Minister Shuja Khanzada and 16 other people had died. In the draft resolution, Rasheed said such attacks would not deter the nation’s resolve of fighting terrorism. The resolution expressed grief over the deaths and condoled with the bereaved families. It extended “unwavering and unconditional support to the operation against terrorism in the country”.
