During the session, officials were briefed about various techniques to improve concentration and help them remain focused on their responsibilities. They were also encouraged to perform a series of practical exercises to cope with stress.
According to the statement, the session was also aimed at instilling a strong work ethic among police personnel so that they can deal with complainants in an efficient manner. They were also taught how to adopt a gender-sensitive attitude towards the public.
The session was organised by the provincial police department in collaboration with Aitebaar.
