All the loan liabilities, Debt.Servicing,Universal Obligation surcharge, Neelum Jhelum Surcharge,IMF Repayments Line losses, thefts, admin losses and all circular debts are being recovered from general public through Electricity & Gas bills.I am a Expatriate working in Saudi Arabia, and I send money into my account for monthly expenses for my family. During the month of July 2015 bank deducted Tax @ 0.3%.I am sure this kind of deductions will force the expatriate community to use other channels to remit money to the families.

In this way the only survivors will be corrupt people and the rest all in losses including Army. Latest example of Soviet Union and Yugoslavia. May ALLAH save this country.
