The biometric system installed at the Capital Development Authority (CDA) Headquarters to check attendance of employees has become non-functional. The biometric system worth millions of rupees was installed a few months ago to ensure presence of employees besides keeping an eye on ghost employees, but the system has not been functioning for the last several days. When contacted, CDA Director-General Administration Ejaz Bajwa refused to talk on the issue.
