Loc aggression: Indian forces again violate ceasefire
AJK Prime Minister Chaudhry Abdul Majeed condemned the unprovoked firing on the civilian areas
MUZAFFARABAD:
The Indian army on Friday violated the ceasefire on the Line of Control (LoC) again while attacking the civilian population in the Khurshidabad sector of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK). “The Indian army resorted to unprovoked firing and shelling on the LoC in Dahari and Hilna villages of Khurshidabad,” said a police official. He said the Pakistan Army retaliated in the same fashion, silencing the enemy’s guns. AJK Prime Minister Chaudhry Abdul Majeed condemned the unprovoked firing on the civilian areas and said that continuous ceasefire violations by India will be counter-productive for regional peace and security. He urged UN observers to report the Indian troops for their aggression.
