Inaction: Comments sought on fraud complaint
He requested the court to direct the SHO to register an FIR against them

An additional district and sessions judge sought comments on Tuesday from the Sabzazar SHO on a petition seeking a case against a group of people for selling properties after preparing forged title documents. Muhammad Arif told the court that Shakeel, Mian Rasheed, Asim and Awais used to get houses on mortgage and sold them after making forged documents. He said they had also defrauded him. He said he had requested the SHO to take action against them but he did not. He requested the court to direct the SHO to register an FIR against them.
