LAHORE:
Police said on Tuesday they had moved the dogs, caught for attacking a police team during a raid, to a government animal care centre.

On July 27, a police team had raided a house to arrest two drug peddlers when one of them unleashed the dogs which attacked the police team.

Police had later caught one of the suspects and the dogs. Qila Gujjar Singh SHO Rizwan Latif said owner of the dogs could get their custody by producing a pet licence or a certificate in court.  Investigation in-charge Adil Khichi said police were still looking for the suspect who had escaped.
