ISLAMABAD:
The National Testing Service (NTS) will disburse scholarships worth Rs150 million among students of 40 public and private sector universities soon.
He said universities refer names of deserving students to NTS for the scholarships. Moreover, it has been proposed that Rs25,000 be given to students as semester expenses in addition to the monthly payment.

NTS official Shakeel Akhtar said on Tuesday that a Rs5,000 monthly stipend was given to 373 graduate and under-graduate students of 25 universities last year.
He said universities refer names of deserving students to NTS for the scholarships. Moreover, it has been proposed that Rs25,000 be given to students as semester expenses in addition to the monthly payment.
