In the lurch: PML-N workers threaten to resign in Jamrud
PML-N Jamrud President Zar Wali Afridi as well as other party office-bearers were present on the occasion
JAMRUD:
Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz workers in Jamrud, Khyber Agency have threatened to resign from the party over the provincial and federal government’s indifference towards their problems and needs. Speaking at a press conference at Jamrud Press Club on Sunday, party workers said the PML-N government in the Centre and the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf-led government in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa have failed to address grievances of the tribespeople. Several party workers said they are not allowed to enter the K-P Governor House. They threatened to resign if their issues are not resolved within a month. PML-N Jamrud President Zar Wali Afridi as well as other party office-bearers were present on the occasion.
